My autistic child had an accident in the bed, and I was berated by the staff, who gave me worn, old bedding “in case it happens again” and refused to give me a new comforter. Then they charged me $200 for the comforter not being in the room at checkout."

There was a strong presence of marijuana/other substances throughout common areas and hallways, which made it feel less clean and less family-friendly than expected."
