"We didnt get the hot water for 2 days and took cold water shower. It was unexpected still we didn't get information or update about the issue from the hotel staff."

"Very clean hotel. The only negative comment we have is the parking garage is very very tight. The parking spaces are very small, large concrete columns everywhere. Your passenger's have to exit the vehicle before you can attempt to pull into a parking spot. You can see places on all the columns where vehicles have hit them. Also if you drive a manual vehicle ( with clutch) this parking garage is not for you, as the gate area is on a very steep hill. You have to stop on this hill to scan your parking pass. Also the hotel charges $20.oo a day for parking."

"Breakfast was nice: eggs, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, coffee, fruit. The staff allowed us to check-in an hour early and were helpful with extra towels."

"The hotel and the staff were amazing!! The only bad thing about this hotel was the price of the food. I refuse to pay $17 for a side salad and $30 for French toast and water…totally ridiculous. Thank goodness there are a lot better and cheaper choices within walking distance."
