My wife and I stayed in the MH Living apartment for two nights in November 2025. The apartment was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The location was great as it is close to the center (15 min walk) or a few minutes to the tram (we loved riding around Graz on the tram and even used it to visit our friend in the hospital). Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, elegant decorations, and overall amazing! We didn’t opt for the breakfast but it was nice to have as an option. The rooms were spacious and clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. The shower was quite small but we managed. And the location could not be beat, it’s within walking distance to anywhere you would want to go in Graz, with many cafes and bars nearby. The front desk staff were all so welcoming and helpful.

we were looking for a relatively inexpensive stay close enough to downtown. Well, that walking would be 30 minutes. So, consider the weather. Bus is 10 minutes. Parking is for a fee but right at hotel. This appears a lodging for young travelers but the family of 4 could stay, although a bit tight.
