Palazzo Natoli Boutique Hotel

"All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel arranged a transfer from the airport for an extra 55Euro paid direct to the driver which was well worth it. We were warmly greeted on arrival and given cold refreshments while our bags were taken up to our room which was ready early. The room was very ample with everything you might expect and more punching above its rating. Breakfasts in the morning were divine and very well organised. Try not to have too much so that you leave room for street food later! The recommendations for places to go and eat were all spot on including making bookings on our behalf. Thank you Nini, Andrea and Laura. An excellent location and highly recommended."

"We spent 6 nights at Hotel Bel 3 and it was amazing. The staff were so nice, we had a city view /pool view room and it was beautiful!! The rooms were so pretty and clean! We had breakfast every morning and it was delicious. They had the same menu every day but it was really good. The restaurant on the property had some of the best dinner we’ve had. We have no complaints about this hotel at all. I am pleased that I booked with them. We had our son with us and from other reviews we did go ahead and rent a car because the hotel is up on the mountain. It was amazing thank you for making our first time in Italy so smooth."

"We stayed as a family of four over two rooms. Both rooms we clean, and well maintained, bathroom layouts were interesting in one room, and we were missing the complimentary wine. Roof top terrace is awesome, very popular with non residents so book ahead if you want dinner, not advised at check in. Parking 5 mins walk away, EUR25 booked by the hotel which was well received. Managed to misplace a room key, and were unable to get a replacement, due to ‘system issues’ and unable to confirm if the existing key had been blocked. Air-con worked and the hotel was just what we needed ahead of a flight back to the UK from Palermo."

"Perfect place at good price, all benefits of highest price hotels, as far as the room and hotel go. Noise reduction frames on the windows that work perfectly but you can choose to leave open or close, blackout fitted to frames and always on air conditioning. Very high standards that are not so common even in more expensive places. Although there is no bar nor restaurant but there is a lovely breakfast room for guests who want to order breakfast. In-house bar and restaurant are not needed nor of any benefit, as you are just around the corner from the busiest cafe, restaurant street in Palermo. And a proper hotel reception, 24 hrs, Thun famous ceramics shop just on way to central Palermo, you can walk to central Palmero in 10 to 15 minutes, well worth dropping by. A uniquely Sicilian Trend gear, T Shirts, hats etc. shop is just near the book shops, also a must. Both in strolling distance from the Hotel."
