Majestic Palace Hotel

"The room was clean and the bed comfortable and the shower had good water pressure . They provide body wash, shampoo and conditioner, and lotion. In the wind, the bathroom window would rattle, They were not insulated. Our balcony overlooked the beautiful gardens full of lemon trees. A walk around the garden is a must. We had drinks on the roof. Wait staff was pleasant and the view was outstanding. We also took advantage of the dry bar restaurant for lunch when we arrived. The food was good there. We didn't take advantage of the main restaurant except for breakfast. Breakfast was the usual hotel fair in Italy. Sometimes the eggs were cold on top of the pan. It was in a quiet neighborhood withjust a few restaurants . It was quite a distance from Piazza Tasso as we took a taxi. The staff was very helpful in getting us a taxi.The walk would have been lonely at night. All in all it was a pleasant stay."

"Our stay at Hotel Tramonto d’Oro was truly something special, and it’s hard to put into words how much this place and the people mean to us. From the moment my mom and I arrived, we were welcomed with so much warmth, kindness, and love. They didn’t just treat us like guests; they treated us like family. Throughout our entire stay, they took such wonderful care of us and made sure we felt comfortable, welcomed, and at home. It honestly felt like we had known them forever. The hotel itself is beautiful, but what makes it truly unforgettable is the people behind it. Their genuine hospitality, thoughtful gestures, and the love they put into everything made our experience so much more meaningful than just a vacation. We came to Italy for a beautiful trip, but we are leaving with memories and connections that will stay in our hearts forever. Saying goodbye was genuinely bittersweet because it felt like leaving people we had known for years, not simply saying goodbye to hotel staff. It is so rare to find a place where you feel such a genuine connection, and I feel incredibly lucky that my mom and I got to experience that here. Thank you for making us feel so loved and cared for, and for giving us a home away from home in Italy. You have all become so special to us, and we will always remember the way you made us feel. We are already hoping to come back one day. Until then, you will always have a special place in our hearts. Grazie di cuore for everything. ❤️🇮🇹🇨🇦"
