The staff was very nice. The hotel was very good. The location was fine, it was in a quiet place but walkable to all the surrounding points of interest. The lobby and the room were fine. The variety of the breakfast (buffet) was very good. I just didn't like the furniture of the room since it was a mixture of some different styles. The bathroom was nice, modern but one of the doors of the shower was missing so when we took a shower we spilled water all around.

The best thing about Hotel Rapallo is EVERYTHING. To start with the location is most convenient, about 10 mins from main train station and about 10 to 15 walk to all the attractions and restaurants.
