Excellent choice of the hotel for us for the short stay in town. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. We arrived after hours and the key was left for us with a note at the front desk. It was quiet at night even though the hotel is located on the central street breakfast in the morning was a delicious treat.
This was our first time to Karlovy Vary. It truly is set in a fairy tale like setting. Absolutely gorgeous town. Definitely a must see to believe place. The hotel was really charming. You have to park in the Thermal Hotel parking garage that isnot a big deal. The hotel is located righ down town and was nice. The breakfast was good but not in our hotel. You have to walk 100 meters to another hotel which not a big deal either.
We were supposed to stay in Sirius hotel for one night and three days later for two more. They contacted us to let us know that a pipe broke in our room and it would not be ready for us in time.
Sirius hotel made arrangements with two different hotels for us. They tried to make it as easy for us as possible.

The location is the best in a quiet part of Karlovy Vary yet close to everything. The staff is professional. We came at the beginning of the season so it was still pretty mellow and definitely not at full capacity. Utilizing the pool & spa and having 4 massages booked. 3 great 1 just ok ( apparently the therapist left the room 3x during the 90 minute massage) not sure why . Also I was going to bring my friends to the Becher’s Bar...

The hotel is located in a historical building reconstructed recently, so the furnishings are brand new, as are the bathrooms, so it's quite nice. The rooms are spacious, with large windows and tall ceilings. The beds are on the soft side, but despite my preference for harder mattresses, I slept really well.
