Hotels in Bhugaon

Excellent stay. The staff were wonderful and were very kind to my 86 year old mom who had just had eye surgery. One of the best stays we have had in Pune in terms of service provided and attention we received. Highly recommend the property. I used the gym which was also well equipped along with a nice pool.

Its the gym, sauna and cold shower.

Room was nicely done and the bar was nice.

This is the 2nd time I stayed at Vivanta Pune. The service is just excellent. Their attention to our needs is amazing!! A young woman who works at the Reception and was our "go to" person. She went over and above to make sure we were comfortable. She even called Expedia and Taj Reservations to make sure we got a refund for the extra night that we'd made by mistake. I was blown away by her professionalism and care for us. A young in house-keeping was amazing. When we asked for extra towels...

Great buffet, kind staff

Everything was perfect except one thing I was not satisfied with There is no Water faucet or water for washing in WC bathroom that why i gave you 2 of 5 in Room comfort

Was good but had problems with shower and tv did not work

Great service, clean rooms and excellent restaurant. Views from my 4th floor room were lovely with the trees. Wifi signal was weak on higher floors.

Very helpful staff, clean rooms and great amenities. The restaurant food and service was excellent. Close to other restaurants and just 5 minutes from the airport. Would stay again.
