"We added an extra night to our stay which was not communicated well to other staff, so we got locked out of our rooms with deactivated key cards, adding some hassle which was rectified easily enough. Having said that, we would return again.
Breakfast buffet was fabulous, especially the various options, but nothing was refilled in a timely manner, even though requested. This was a little frustrating too, especially with limited time to finish our breakfast. Staff were excellent in clearing breakfast dishes, but the various stations sat empty for a longer time than acceptable for this level of hotel.
Still a wonderful hotel to return to in the future, and excellent location!"
