"Friendly staff with excellent service, clean room and very good breakfast buffet..8-) The hotel has a laundry room which is a big plus. Nearby Kausiung Metro station is convenient, similar to the one in Taipei, but in a smaller scale."

"U don’t get what you pay for. 5 star hotel price, the room is extremely ill Designed and cramped. Cleaning is really subpar, there’s no laundry, small gym. Service was no better than hotel half the price. Doesn’t feel like u r at a 5 star hotel. Except when looking at credit card statement. The location is however very nice"

"The only thing I would complain about was the mosquito issue during our stay. Otherwise, it was an excellent place to stay—the breakfast and supper were great, the staff provided outstanding service, and the hotel even offered free laundry facilities, including washers and dryers."
