Accessible only by boat, this Fiji oasis offers the ideal underwater long dreamed of, experience. Rainbow reef offers divers many dive spots and even snorkelers can enjoy the shallow, clear, colorful, soft coral reefs and fish. Rooms are well thought, modern and a wonderful coffee/tea bar with refrigerator to cool milk and water. Oh, the outdoor showers are fabulous! But the best part was the people . Sera took care of us. She was there to order our preferences for food, provide breakfast, lunch...
Amazing resort in a beautifully stunning country. The staff was by far my favorite part about staying here. All were local Fijians and they were some of the nicest people my now fiance and I have met at a resort. They actually helped me plan popping the big question to my fiance :)
The pictures of the hotel you see on the web do not do it justice at all. The room was large and beautiful with tons of windows / glass doors opening out to your terrace where you could see the ocean and islands. The food was wonderful and the staff treated you like you were the only guests there and knew you by name. They went out of their way for us. I would love to go back someday. It was paradise.
The staff were extremely kind, and welcomed us, and mase us feel like family. They learned each of our names (family of 5). We want to return someday. We love tge garden island resort and the people there.
The employees were great and treated us very well. An air con did not work and they switched us to another room and it was great. They care about their people. The tours were very well done and we had a lot of fun. I think the price for the tours were reasonable.
The property is beautiful and the owners are so nice. It is very remote area, so only one option for dining. You can cook I. Your kitchenette, but we were not prepared for the hotel being so far away from the nearest store or restaurant. Plan ahead. Shop on your way there or co tact owners ahead of time to see about arranging for meals.
