"Could use an upgrade to the Breakfast options. What was offered was subpar. All staff were wonderful and worked closely with us. The refrigerator in the room did not work fully and did not freeze. First day there, it defrosted and leaked all over. Had to have staff come take care of. "

We asked if they could help us with the shuttle to and from the airport which they said they could over the phone, but when we got to the hotel they said no bc we booked through hotels.com"
