I had a fantastic stay at Hotel San Miguel. The receptionist, Cece, was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and attentive always available to assist with anything I needed. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, allowing for a great night’s sleep, and the hotel offers a wide variety of delicious breakfast options. I highly recommend Hotel San Miguel and would gladly stay here again.

We got the three-meals-a day food plan after we arrived and were glad we did. Food was very good (I am a foodie who owned a specialty food company). Service was great. They arranged for a driver to the butterfly sanctuaries for us and provided a box lunch. Can't say enough nice things about the owners and staff, the gorgeous setting, the thermal pools, etc. Easy (and inexpensive) to get to by cab from Zitacuaro. A real find!!
