"Todos fueron amables. En el testaurante, la Sra. de limpieza de cuartos, el muchacho q me ayudo a subir el equipaje. El problema es tanta escalera para ir a cuartos de niveles bajos. Una de las muchachas de la oficina de admicion, olvido q llame al hotel un dia antes, mas sin embargo, me busco habitacion y todo fue bien.
