"This hotel stay was fabulous. The staff were super friendly and joyful in their approach. This was a contrast to other hotels ive been to. The hotel itself was top. Definitely a step up to the Rui in Ochi, but not ar Sandals level. We ate at the 4 a la cartes and they were all great. Our fave was the Asian. Great shows and bars. There is too much good stuff I can say. A special shout out to Faith on check-in, she was an absolute star and role model."

"I had a great stay at the Hibiscus Lodge. The staff was friendly and courteous and I love the location right in the center of town. Also had a chance to meet the owner who was on site and he was a joy to talk to. I recommend this hotel if you are looking for an alternative to the big watered down gaudy all inclusives. "

"FDR is a resort where families come back year after year. The staff is amazing and makes you feel at home. The food is great (especially for an all inclusive). The drinks are good (not cheap bad tasting alcohol). The kids have fun as they become friends with the other kids at the resort. And for the parents, it’s great to feel like you’re on vacation and not just parenting on vacation. The Nannie’s are a huge help. The rooms are very spacious with the kids having their own separate sleeping space and bathroom. The resort has remarkably recovered from Hurricane Melissa with the storm not impacting our stay at all. It was our second year in a row here. We love it (and so do our kids)!"
