"The breakfast is good, the room was clean and comfortable. It is within walking distance of downtown if you don't mind walking in an industrial area and over a highway bridge. There is a nice clean little fitness room. My only complaint is that the elliptical machine in the fitness room does not work. That is my preferred exercise machine. If you included it in the photos in promotional materials, I think you should keep it in good order. It is dishonest to represent that it is there and then not have it work. "

"Some parts are clean. Other parts were not more people going to the restaurant then the hotel. Staff was amazing for the most part ice machine was broken, and I’m pretty sure that milk in the espresso machine was bad cause it made me feel sick."

"The Delta King was a welcome change to the traditional hotel stay and made our recent visit to Sacramento a lovely experience. This historic riverboat is in a great location to Old Sacramento and the Golden One Center. Unfortunately we didn’t have enough time to take advantage of the amenities onboard. We would definitely stay here again."

"It was central to all the restaurants and breweries in the midtown area but not in downtown. Sacramento had a fun restaurant and bar scene. Definitely would go back. We enjoyed the star lounge, the drinks were great. Breakfast was complimentary and it was all good. Coffee was from a local coffee place Temple and that was good. "

"We booked this room last minute and because of that reason, it was fine. However, there were several issues and I would not stay here again. The key they gave us for the door did not work and we had to return to the office. After reprogramming it, it still barely worked. The bed was uncomfortable and we found a stain on one of the sheets. Otherwise the room was clean. Unfortunately, it doesn't end there. The tv was not working correctly. There was a huge gap in our door so we could hear everything from the stairwell that was right outside our room. I can't speak on the breakfast because we didn't eat there. They have security patrolling and signs in the parking lot saying they are not responsible for theft or damages. So be aware of the environment. "

"I found this hotel convenient right across from Amtrak train station and across the street from Old Sacramento tourist area with Joe's Crab Shack on the river with the golden bridge view. I'll be staying here again for my weekends of warmth out of cold San Francisco."
