"Breakfast is not included as stated. Breakfast is $25 an adult. The checkin experience was horrible as my booking wasn't at the hotel and i had to pay again for a room. Worst experience ever. It will be hard for me to come back to hotels.com"

"The staff was wonderful, the rooms were clean with comfy pillows and blankets, there were plenty of towels. A couple of issues with the keycards. Something was up with our lock. It seemed like it deactivated cards, but we were close to the front desk, and they were quick to replace them… just a small hassle. The breakfast was AMAZING! Overall, this is a great stay minutes from the park."

"Very aesthetically pleasing. Super clean and so many amenities, like a coffee bar (free), breakfast on site and even a bar! I love the details of the hotel, the cowboy silhouette on every room handle and the look of the rooms. Would definitely stay there again! Oh and free onsite parking! Deal!"

"They have the best complimentary breakfast you will ever find, anywhere. Hands down. They even had non dairy milk available which was amazing for my lactose intolerant spouse."

"Everything there is fine enough, but this is our second time staying at this hotel and both times, in different rooms, they have a strong smell (either perfume or the cleaning product mixed with a history of smokers?). Otherwise, everything is clean enough baby not quite at the level of spotless (specifically felt like the carpet in the room was a bit dirtier) . The staff that take care of breakfast time are very kind and pleasant to see each morning and provide a nice hotel breakfast experience. The area around the pool and hot tub is lovely for walking around even when trying to get a baby go to sleep.😅"
