"We stayed three separate times and each time was a great experience. The last time the room was a little older than our first 2 rooms, but even with a not as nice 3rd room we still had an amazing stay. The beds are comfortable, the showers are heavenly, the food is diverse and delicious. Absolutely worth the money for the buffet breakfast. I went to the spa and got the hibiscus body massage and it was very relaxing and the masseuse was professional and very good at her job. Most importantly all the staff are extremely caring and kind people and that's what really made our stay the best. I will absolutely stay again."

"The hotel is good, staff is great and helpful, breakfast is good. It is tricky to find the hotel at first but you learn the way and then that's it. The surrounding area is busy; we did not have food close to the hotel but there are options. The manager helped us to find a driver for the city tours and he is great. The room is as in the pictures; a bit smaller that expected. There is a cafe/bar in the first floor, very convenient. "

The breakfast buffet featured an extensive selection of delicious dishes, catering to a variety of tastes. The restaurants and room service were equally impressive, with excellent quality and attentive service. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every team member I interacted with was professional, friendly, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests have a memorable experience. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond made me feel valued throughout my stay.I have also stayed at The Leela in Chennai, and what stands out to me is the consistency of excellence across locations. No matter which Leela property I visit, the experience is breathtaking from the moment I walk through the doors until the time I check out. "What a nice find. previously I stayed at the Shangri-La hotel and I thought that was great until I checked into my room at Lalit. Dollar for Dollar, your buck goes further at the Lalit hotel then at other competitions hotels. The rooms are much larger, the breakfast buffet was good as was the staff. I extended my stay here."

"We enjoyed our stay at Haveli. Location is off the beaten path, down an alleyway which is not advertised, but after a couple of times you get used to it. Staff was helpful in escorting us through the alley and exchange cash. Restaurant prices are upcharged compared to other elevated restaurants in Delhi, but that was as to be expected."
