The staff were very helpful, accommodating and friendly. The free breakfast was expansive with beautiful views of Old City and the Flame Towers. Nizami Street, Flame Towers, Old City, Caspian Sea, Malls, Train, Taxi’s were all within close walking distance, making the hotel location ideal. A shuttle (taxi) was provided to/from the airport for 25 manat each way. The shuttle driver was already waiting for us at the airport with our name on display for us to easily find him. Stayed here on our first ever night in Baku. The room was great. Everything was spotless and clean. The staff was the highlight though.... Very friendly, professional and courteous. Made our stay very enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Baku.
What a wonderful staff at the Mildom Hotel. Friendly and super helpful. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. Only a few blocks walk from shopping, restaurants and all conveniences. We enjoyed our two day stay very much.
