"Lo más reseñable de este hotel es la increíble amabilidad de todo el personal . Es abrumador la forma en que tratan a sus huéspedes, haciéndote sentir como en casa . Mencionar los nombres que recuerdo ( perdón al resto por la falta de memoria ) Hosam, Made, Ayu y Anter the shisha expert ( mejor shisha que he probado ) y también Armand que preparó el visado y transportes desde el aeropuerto para mi y mi compañero de viaje Bassem.Muchas gracias por hacernos felices durante nuestra estancia y por vuestras recomendaciones para cenar ( especialmente las gambas con salsa y el pan que es una delicia ). Después de 6 años yendo a Kuwait , por fin hemos encontrado nuestro hotel 😁 "
