They went above and beyond to accommodate our requests: rooms close to each other, some forgotten hygiene items, late checkout, etc. The breakfast buffet has good choices of regional food and has an authentic Georgian sweets and is presented in a very elegant way. Yes, I wish the rooms had some USB ports for more convenient charging and a bit more stability with the hot water temp in early mornings - something that seems to be a common problem in the region - but...

The hotel is beautiful, stylish, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring Tbilisi. The service was fantastic, and the entire atmosphere was warm and welcoming. And the breakfast was absolutely amazing—so delicious, with a great variety of choices. It was honestly one of the highlights of our stay!
