Great hotel..five star in every way. The staff was very kind and helpful in organizing bus tickets to Hanoi for us.

The entire staff was wonderful to us. They guided us on many instances when we needed directions or simply recommendations for things to do and see. The kitchen staff was also very attentive to our needs. Our special thanks go to the front office manager, Ms Gi. She went out of her way to help us and make us feel welcomed. She is certainly a great asset to the Sheraton organization!

It’s a very beautiful place

Ok so I have very mixed feelings about my stay here. It was odd. This is a magnificent oceanfront hotel in the middle of nowhere and it’s apparently almost completely void of guests the majority of the time. I’ve never seen anything like it. This place is massive. The common area could easily entertain 1000+ people; I think that’s a low estimate. There is a huge breakfast area that was empty the four days I was there. I will say management needs to get their act together. With an empty hotel...

This was an amazing experience, very comfortable, quiet, and a very friendly staff.

Good breakfast

This hotel was gorgeous! Spacious room, comfortable bed, great breakfast, lovely staff, secure parking. Taking one star off because smoking is allowed in the building hallways, and the location was not convenient for getting food.

Price was very reasonable. Nice and clean. Very satisfy experience. I would recommend to others.
