"The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and polite. The concierges were all excellent. I cannot fault the breakfast, there was plenty of everything and a vast selection of quality produce. Except for one small thing - tea. This is the first hotel I've stayed at where the teabags are kept locked in a wooden box under the counter. It felt as if the person asking for tea was going to steal the tea bags. Very, very odd. Nonetheless, breakfast gets a thumbs-up. Now we come to the condition of the hotel. Not so good. It is an old hotel and it has the oldest working elevator in Luxembourg, apparently. The elevator is nice. However, it must be said that the fabric of the hotel is tired and needs some refurbishment. The bathroom was decorated with tiles that looked like they came from some awful 1970's hotel. Yellow with random picture tiles scattered around. The shower is over the bath with a somewhat grimy plastic shower curtain. Not a good look. I could mention the chipped paintwork and the weird headboard behind the bed that wasn't fixed to anything and moved alarmingly when leaned against. A word of warning to the light sleepers - the hotel is located on a busy main road and the traffic can be noisy early in the morning. The location is actually perfect for those who want to get around the old city. Everything you need is close by. Restaurants, bars, shops, art galleries, churches and beautiful parks are all within a few minutes stroll. However, I would stay here again."
"Clean room, breakfast worth paying for, staff were friendly and helpful, and one important thing is they allow luggage storage before checkin and after checkout. This is usually the problem for tourists when the flight times are off. And they provide you the solution. We definitely will booked again"
"Absolutely fantastic hotel, in a phenomenal location. Staf could have been more helpful, especially Monsieur ‘Ant’. And the Michelin star restaurant, of course…We will be back!!"
"Overall good hotel. It was clean and the room was great. They did warn us about loud music but it only went until 1 am. I knew this might be an issues so we stayed out with the crowd until then. Great location. Had an issue with the key but it was minor."
"The check-in person (Joyce) was fantastic and very helpful. Our room was practical and clean. Parking with EV charging is available nearby. Airport terminal and light rail connection into the city is a short 5 minute walk."
