This was hotel was so awesome! The hospitality is just be the best we have ever had. The welcome food and drink, free airport transfers and the breakfast were all incredible bonuses. The staff was so kind and helpful. Our room was great and so new and clean. It was a great location to walk to the markets and easily taking Tuk Tuk to downtown at $2 per way. We really, really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend anything Lotus Blanc !!!
Room was maybe the most spacious hotel room I’ve ever had. So clean, so new looking. Very well designed. The whole hotel is so well decorated. The way everything like restaurants, spa , and pool were all on 5th floor made it so easy to get to them. Elevator was always fast , staff was always helpful. I can’t imagine picking a different hotel when I come back in future. The location made so walkable to old quarters , or mall, or pub street. Just a shirt 20-30 minute drive to Ankor wat. Perfect...
Cute little hotel with great amenities and services. We were in Siem Reap very briefly, but the hotel staff made our stay very easy and memorable. We arranged a ride to Angkor Wat through the front desk, they packaged breakfast for us since we left at 4am. They also arranged for tuktuks to the main area of Siem Reap - extremely convenient. After a long day of walking around the site, we were very glad to hang out at the pool.
Staying here made everything so convenient. The hotel is centrally located, just a short walk to Pub Street and other major attractions. I loved being able to explore the area on foot and return to such a great base. The location is truly one of the best features of this hotel!
Know this about Siem Reap...It's HOT! It's also chaotic, noisy, dusty, and - in many places- squalid. However, when you walk through the front doors of Sokha Angkor Resort, all that insanity goes away. The lobby is cool, calming and gorgeous, and the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. I have no complaints about this hotel. The staff was great, the facilities were nice, my room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious! I was a lone traveler and the smallest room they had seriously can fit a family of 6. It was sooo big!
