Magnificent in every way. World-class service and customer care. The cleanest an most well-kept hotel I have ever known. Food was superb. The mountain lake views were beyond my expectations. The room balcony view was breathtaking. I am now a Kempinski fan for life. Wish I could have stayed for weeks.
Rooms were large with great furnishings. My room had kitchenette and fairly large balcony. Breakfast had large selection of breakfast goodies and even offred cook to order items on some days. Extra perk, mini bar in the room was complimentary and replanished daily.
Staff was excellent and made this tourist feel special.
Stayed there for 2 nights. The pictures don't do justice - the view and location is far more amazing than the pictures suggest! The rooms were clean and neat, the service was friendly. The wellness area with it's quiet lounge is breathtaking. Highly recommend the hike from the Hotel up to the Polsky Hreben!
The food is very good. We liked the saunas, spas, and resting rooms around the spa/pool complex. The location near a forest with walking trails and the mountain view is spectacular.
A wonderful experience staying at this hotel. It is new, and built to be almost completely carbon - neutral. We chose this place randomly for a last minute trip because Zakopane was pretty booked up. We couldn't have been happier. Our one bedroom apartment was modern and in great shape; the staff was friendly; the location was convenient to hiking and attractions on both sides of the border. The room was plenty big for two adults and two children, and was supplied with dishes, silverware, pots and pans and other necessities we didn't necessarily expect (which is why we brought our own, too.) The room was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the staff were all pleasant and polite. The breakfast options were generous, with choices for all types of eaters and the coffee was excellent. I would definitely stay there again.
Also, very convenient to get to the trails, the mountains either by car or the electric train. The nearby mountain has many ways of accessing and is reasonably priced.
This property encompasses a couple of buildings and a large backyard. There is an open air restaurant on site for food and beverages. The friendly staff speaks English which was very helpful.
