"Location ! Hanoi is a big city but this place is located In an oasis. Everyone was so nice and helpful at the hotel, the bed was super comfy and breakfast was very good. We loved our stay and we will definitely come back and recommend it. Well located and comfortable!

They were so courteous and sweet and went out of the way to help us and making our stay in Hanoi unforgettable right from Planning our day, dietary requirements, airport transfers, food recommendations. Aiden was exceptional and helped us plan our transfers and took care of our luggage.
