"We loved our stay at Villa Colonial. The place feels like a beautiful hacienda, with gorgeous gardens and a lovely pool. The staff was very attentive, and the breakfast was delicious. From the hotel, you can see Volcán de Fuego, which was a very unique experience for us. The area is quiet since it’s not in the center of Antigua, but there are restaurants within walking distance that you can visit. The beds were also very comfortable. You can either walk about 20 minutes to town or take a 5-minute Uber ride. We highly recommend this place if you are staying in Antigua during your vacation."

"Magical, secluded spot in the hills. Unlike any place we’ve ever stayed - felt like staying in tree house with amazing views and nature. Also, the modern outdoor art park and restaurant was unreal - we are so happy we decided to stay here. Once in a lifetime experience."

"Lindas instalaciones, el personal de servicio amable pero no me gusta la parte all inclusive porque la calidad de la comida y las bebidas deja mucho que desear. Además no me parece que solo hayan 2 restaurantes con comida especial y si uno no alcanzó cupo no tiene derecho a entrar y finalmente todo eso se está pagando. Además si es all inclusive no entiendo porque las bebidas del mini refrigerador en la habitación si tendrían un costo adicional."

"Mi estancia en este hotel tuvo tanto cosas positivas como áreas a mejorar. Lo bueno: las habitaciones son amplias, las camas cómodas y la vista al volcán es espectacular. El espacio verde también es encantador. Sin embargo, hubo varios inconvenientes: el hotel no ofrece restaurante en ciertos horarios, y la comunicación del servicio falló: no me avisaron para el masaje ni me enviaron la bata prometida. Además, el área verde estaba abierta sin avisos claros, pero al día siguiente nos dijeron que no podíamos estar ahí. También, en el desayuno, aunque estaba incluido, nos cobraron un extra sin habérnoslo aclarado antes. El hotel tiene potencial, pero definitivamente necesitan mejorar la comunicación y la atención al detalle. ¡Ojalá ajusten esos puntos, porque el lugar tiene mucho potencial!"

"Had a big group of 8 and Needed a place to stay for the night while visiting Antigua, it was last minute. From the pics in Expedia it didn’t seem to be the best but it was the only place I could find to accommodate my group. Location was a bit far from Antigua downtown. Once we entered you can see a beautiful Hotel Architecture, Totally worth it. It was one clean room with a bunch of bed aligned, restroom had like 3 toilets 2 showers. It was awesome! Breakfast was decent price and delicious. Friendly staff. I would totally stay there again for a bit longer. The only thing maybe is that price was a bit higher compared to other locations that were sold out, still, a good option to stay."
