"My stay here far exceeded my expectations. I arrived at the property around midnight to check in, and despite the late hour, the young lady at the front desk, Tatiana, greeted us with genuine excitement and warmth. You would expect someone working such a late shift to be tired or sluggish, but she was the complete opposite—welcoming, energetic, and attentive. She ensured our check-in process went smoothly and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, even at such a late hour.
Oh and the room was clean and had everything we needed. The hot water & pressure of the shower was perfect !
The property itself was beautiful and exceptionally clean. The staff was professional, polite, and accommodating, and the high-tech features truly impressed us. After staying here, I honestly can’t imagine choosing anywhere else in the future."
