"What’s not to love about the Six Senses in Kaplankaya. From the moment you arrive the staff do everything in their power to make your stay as pleasant as possible and to accommodate your every wish. The service, rooms, food quality and the facilities are all exceptional. The farm to table, sustainability ethos and attention to detail is evident throughout the resort. We felt the sincerity in dealing with all the restaurant, beach and spa attendants but special mention to James, Mustafa, Ahmet, Emel and Taha who all went above and beyond."

"We stayed in a two bedroom/one bathroom suite (2 adults and 3 kids). Housekeeping was very clean and kind. They made swan towels and hearts on our bed and left us fruit and wine and sweets in our room. The water park is fun for kids and adults (including toddlers) but the water is cold. The main pool is heated, which was very nice. But it was just a bit small and the water itself wasn’t the cleanest. I wish the water filters were more effective. The beach was the biggest disappointment for us because it was a rocky beach with moss. It wasn’t soft sand. But the resort maintained their private area very well. The food wasn’t the best (except for breakfast which was amazing) but there is a lot of variety. I personally did not like the meat and chicken (it was very smelly and had a weird texture) but there are a lot of vegetarian dishes. The entertainment was amazing. We stayed for a week and experienced a festival, mini disco, live band, Kenya acrobats (very cool), bouncy castle in the pool. Overall I would recommend if you’re looking for a well rounded but more affordable and modest experience (not luxury). There is a lot of places to eat scattered around the resort, and there are also smaller pools in some of the suite block areas which are a bit further from the main pool. I would have gotten those room but my kids liked the main pool more."

"Very clean swimming pool. Breakfast from menu was not the healthiest but the staff catered to our needs. Prefer to see healthy options nowadays, Greek yoghurt, berries, granola, avocado and scrambled/poached eggs. There was a Sunday brunch which was well attended and there was lots of choice. Not all staff speak English very well, but Nouri the restaurant manager was delightful and Aran the waiter was most attentive. The food in the evening is of a very high standard, in fact we liked it so much we ate in most nights. Bathrooms didn’t have conditioner for hair, and shampoo was combined with shower wash. All women need shampoo and conditioner and would have expected it, in this grade of hotel. Reception staff were very helpful but would be useful to provide map of the area and bus timetable, as on holiday you are trying to get away from your phone all the time. Good spa facilities and excellent therapists (special mention to Annie) plus beauty facilities and the lovely Malika to do my manicure. Overall a lovely hotel with a great chilled, relaxed, laid-back vibe. "

"Best customer service ever. The hotel staff was so helpful, sweet and genuinely caring, we were treated like royalty. The hotel is too amazing with great views and amenities. Super clean, comforting. The cocktails were out of the blue! The spa area is one of the best too. All kinds of rooms for relaxation from sauna to hydrating pool. Many activities including paddle and other sports. Many restaurants with different food choices, the buffet spread is quite lavish too. If you’re looking for a very comfortable, luxurious, this is it!"
