"예약확인서를 보여주었는데도 일방적으로 예약이 오버부킹되었다고 방을 주지않았습나다. 또한 이를 확인하는 과정에서 불편한 로비에 앉아 세시간을 허비하게 만들었습니다. 호텔스닷컴과 익스페디아가 어떤 관계인지는 모르지만 예약을 완료한 고객에게는 방을 내어 주어야만 하는데 이를 철저히 무시하고 똑같은 말만되풀이하고 있었습니다. 매우 실망했고 피곤했스며 불쾌했습니다. 개인비용으로 다른 호텔을 검색했으며 늦은 밤에 이동해야했습나다. 새벽세시에 전화로 잠을 깨웠고 국제전화로 수십분을 사용하게 만들었스며 이로 인하여 국제전화요금이 100달러 정도 비용 발생하였습니다. 정말 최악입니다"

"Reception staff were brilliant. They gave us a fantastic 2 bedroom suite. The hotel itself is really beautiful. Some places rate it 4 star and some 5 but I would definitely say it’s more towards 5 star. Water in the shower was not very hot and water pressure was weak. Room was quite chilly at night. Breakfast was plentiful but not much we actually liked as a western family. Maybe aimed more towards Chinese people. These are all minor issues and I would definitely stay here again."
