What a fantastic gem of a property. Surrounded by woods in a quiet neighborhood, immaculate hotel with professional staff and free parking. We felt absolutely safe walking to nearby shops and dining. Also commuter train nearby. The breakfast was a gigantic buffet of meats, cheeses, fruits, veg, juices, cereals. Just fabulous. Didn’t get to visit the spa but looked amazing. Zero complaints about this stay.

The hotel overall was very good, great buffet breakfast , clean room, but the sofa bed was too small for my two children, I wish that they would mention the size of sofa while booking the room, I would get an extra rollaway. Also, the free wifi didn't work on 8th floor, which was strange, because it worked on the 10th floor at our previous room when we visited earlier. Well, the stay was nice, hotel is little further from Old Town, but shuttle service provided for free is very helpful to get you...

As I arrived at Q Hotel, I realized that I had dropped my phone in the Uber that took me there. The front desk staff was so helpful. They spent an hour helping me to phone my telephone so that we could ask the Uber driver to come back. In the end it all worked out well. I recommend this hotel, as it is clean and bright. But mostly, I recommend this hotel because the staff are helpful, kind and patient.

Great hotel a short 10 min walk from the main plaza. I travelled with my family and the room was comfortable and big enough for us all. They had a complementary water fill station with containers to bring to your room. The staff was attentive and helpful when we needed.

Staying here is like coming home to family. Staff are attentive, professional and friendly, and provide great recommendations for dining and other activities. The rooms are super clean and comfortable, with the fluffiest towels I have ever had in a hotel! Looking forward to my 4th stay there soon. Thank you, you terrific staff members!

Very clean. Good service. Healthy choices at the breakfast buffet table. Super convenient to get around the town and airport from the bus terminal located just across the street.

Stay was amazing! Steps away from old town square. Many sites within walking distance, St. Mary’s Church, clock tower, Rynek Underground Museum, Cloth Hall, Wawel Castle and church. Staff was very welcoming offering water or champagne while checking in at the front desk. Bed was very comfortable. Nice size bathroom, larger than most places we have stayed. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff warmly greeted us at reception. They answered all my questions about the surrounding area. They even helped us schedule our Warwel Castle trip. Breakfast was very good with a large variety of fresh fruits, breads, meat and cheeses, to go along with the more traditional breakfast foods. Our room was very clean, and housekeeping did a super job. I want to thank all of the staff for a very enjoyable experience.

The staff here was amazing! They were incredible at giving us help navigating the city, tours and keeping us up to date on closures with the coronovirus. The morning we left, they had the taxi driver there early so we wouldn't miss our flights and made us a very delicious lunch to take with us. The hotel is in a perfect location between the Glowny train station and old town. The free breakfast in the morning is complete and fantadtic. I highly recommend this hotel if visiting in Krakow.

Very, very polite people. Excellent location if you want to stay in the Jewish Ghetto. I felt very very safe. Not the run of the mill tourists, which I appreciated so much. The morning breakfast is fabulous. Meats, cheeses, brie, different juices, muffins, cheesecake, variety of fruits, assorted cereals, and most of all espresso coffee not the American coffee. Beautifully served..........elegant. I also had dinner was 5 star rating.

The WENTZL almost has it all - great location, comfortable rooms with all the amenities, and the friendliest and most helpful staff I've encountered in a long time. My friends and I celebrated the New Year in Krakow and the WENTZL was a big part of what turned out to be a very special holiday. Stayed here for a portion of our honey moon and it was everything we were looking for! The convenience from the hotel to the train station, to the relaxing pool, to the kind and smiling staff, and lastly to the cute fourth floor room — it was perfect! I highly recommend the stay here. Besides being right in old town, there’s so much of krakow to experience and the stay here was perfect for us.

This hotel was great. We stayed in the "new" section, so I'm not sure what the other one is like. The pool was so romantic, like swimming in a private cave, and the spa was wonderful. The only negative is the map that Expedia links you to (and google maps, as well) shows the hotel 1.5 blocks away from its actual location and on the wrong side of the street. The actual location is only about 100 feet from the Market Square. That, coupled with the fact that the hotel's sign is not illuminated,...
