"This was a fabulous property, beautiful, clean, comfortable and felt like a splurge. The service was impeccable. The only thing that caught us off guard was how massive the property was. We booked 4 rooms, and they were not near each other so it was a significant amount of walking and getting lost. There is no map of the property, so you have to try to follow the somewhat confusing signs. Also, one of our rooms was a different class of room from the other three. If we ever went again, (which I absolutely would) I would just confirm in advance that the rooms were near each other, and all the same."

"The hotel has a outstanding restaurant with delicious food, very helpful staff and a big carpark (big enough for my transit van) at low cost (€25 for a week)."

"I’ve been staying here for years, has gotten very expensive to stay, the food is very expensive, starters aren’t worth the money, one spring roll is €13.50 and you one get one small one "

"The Suite was clean and spacious. The staff was excellent from check in to housekeeping to the Fitness Center, they were all personable, friendly and fun to chat with while also responding quickly to any questions or needs."

"Good access to and from nearby Shannon airport (as well as other destinations) by bus stops adjacent to hotel. Overall very clean. Restaurant is overrated “Award Winning” and menu/food just average. Breakfast offered with extra room fee was fine, nothing outstanding, but more than enough to satisfy. Good beds, linens & pillows. MAINTENACE checks for rooms should be more thorough- we had dresser drawer knobs loose and window hardware not secure. Shower leaked on to bathroom floor. Mini “fridge”, we were told, was just to be for cooling, but even after requesting a check, it was never even cool. Friendly staff. Room was comfortable & quiet. The location (for our purposes) was the main reason we stayed and it proved to be a good choice for affordable and comfortable travel."
