"Beautiful decor, good sized room. Breakfast ok, great choice of continental and cold buffet selection. Very limited hot food. Bar in hotel oddly don’t appear to have any drink menus, we did ask but waitress said no, seems odd that a hotel of this calibre has no wine or cocktail list. The property is advertised as having a spa-wellness area. It doesn’t, the spa closed during Covid and didn’t reopen. There is a gym, it isn’t air conditioned, and is very small with limited equipment. Hotel is about 15 min walk from beach, but very steep hill incline."

"Mi quedada en el hotel fue fenomenal. Está muy bien ubicado y el personal fue extremadamente amable. La propiedad es limpia, hay gimnasio y piscina, y la atención al cliente fue increíble. Recomiendo a cualquier persona que quiera visitar Santander que se queden aquí."

"Good stop off for the ferry at Santander, limited eating near by Burger King etc but large supermarket next door handy. Breakfast well worth the €10 and good size parking spaces in the hotel car park."

"Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estadia en el hotel, tener el mar y la playa del Sardinero enfrente es hermoso, solo sugeriríamos ampliar los horarios de la piscina en verano aunque sea una hora mas temprano y una hora mas tarde, ya que de 11 a 7 es justamente cuando uno esta fuera conociendo y fue una las razones para reservar y solo logramos ir media hora un dia. Los cuartos de loft muy bonitos y comodos."
