Clean and safe

I was upgraded to a condo unit and it was really nice and modern and clean. I hope they upgrade the rooms in the main hotel too.

Had an issue with the Vittoria room and they upgraded me to the Octavia room for free. Absolutely wonderful place and helpful staff!

The staff was amazing and very accommodating. The resort is geared more for couples and adults than families with young children, but the staff took the time to make sure my youngest felt welcomed. This resort is focused on longevity and wellness which is reflected in the menu at the restaurant. The services they provide are top notch, but you will pay for that high quality. Overall our long weekend away from the busses of the city was amazing and we all look forward to returning again.

It was a fun getaway next time I will choose one of the other rooms instead of the glamping option. It was nice being there. Good food and great atmosphere.

Rooms are clean and very comfy. JET hotel Is located in a busy street but we were able to sleep.restaurant are within walking distance from the security, reception, housekeeping and dinning staff are the main star they made sure that we met the things that we need. Kudos
