"Friendly staff."

"Very basic but charming and clean - can't beat the location. For us with the radiator banging every hour on the hour we got zero sleep. Told the desk and brought them a solution but the staff doesn't really care to do anything to make your stay better, so sadly we will won't ever be returning."

"The staff were excellent. We went to NY for my daughter 13 birthday. We were able to check in early. The room was nice. Small but we expected that since it’s like that in NY. Our room didn’t really have a view but we didn’t need one since we weren’t going to be in there much. The elevator was much faster than any other hotel I stayed at in Time Square. The hotel is located minutes away from Time Square and close to pretty much everything. I forgot the staff names but they were all excellent, nice, and sweet. I would definitely recommend and stay again. "

"Excellent location with so many good options nearby. Right across the street from MSG and within walking distance to many touristy locations. The room was a fair size for NYC. We got a beautiful view out of our windows. The hotel has some rich history which is intriguing but that also comes with it being a little dated. "

"Oyo has 3 things going for it: location, price, and great, friendly staff. But the room itself is really dingy and in desperate need of repairs. The window shades do not work. The bedframe was super wobbly, with bent legs. The HVAC vent is right above the bed and it's SO LOUD it might keep you up at night. And the shower was only semi clean. This will definitely be my first and last stay."
