"Great location near Parallel Metro, 10 mins walk to Las Ramblas. Large apartment with aircon. Near a lovely baker, Forn de Pa Piquer-Sergi. Very friendly, helpful staff. Good value. Significant roadworks outside, but living area of our apartment was at the back, away from the noise. "

"The hotel staff where very friendly and helpful and we managed to check in an hour early, we dropped our bags off and checked in and they called us when our room was ready as we were there early. The room was very clean and ideal for what we needed, it was a little tired and a little noisy with the road outside, we were only there for one night for a concert and it was walking distance so perfect for getting back when it’s impossible to get a taxi or Uber. "We spent 3 days in Barcelona the Hotel California. It was a little hard to locate at first but we found it was so convenient to the Ramblas, the Boqueria, even the metro. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Hotel staff were very helpful and personable. We are going back again this year and bringing friends and family."
