"Excelente relación Precio/Calidad. Buena piscina, que ayuda mucho por el calor de Golfito. El restaurante es muy muy rico para almorzar o cenar, tal vez no es barato, pero si es muy bueno. El desayuno incluido en la tarifa, es muy básico, pero por el precio de la noche está bien."

"Have you ever seen those videos where someone rescues a puppy from the rain, gives it a warm bath, wraps it in a cozy blanket, and suddenly it believes in life again? Well... that's exactly how I felt when I arrived at Tranquilo. Sebastián and Christoff, the owners, don't just run a hotel—they seem to have made it their personal mission to make every guest feel like the most important person there. They're present, thoughtful, and always one step ahead. They picked us up from the airport, helped us organize our adventures, made sure we had the right gear for every expedition, and paid attention to every little detail. Their care for their guests goes far beyond the lodge itself. It shows in the equipment they lend you for jungle tours, the dry towels they carefully packed for our snorkeling trip, and countless little touches that made us feel genuinely cared for every single day. The food... absolutely incredible. Every meal felt like it came from a fine dining restaurant, yet somehow still had the warmth and comfort of a home-cooked meal. The rooms are beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need. I can honestly say I've never been taken care of this well at any hotel. Tranquilo isn't just a place to stay; it's a place where you arrive exhausted and leave feeling better than when you came. I'd recommend it over and over again without a second thought. 10/10. As of today, I have a second home in Drake Bay—and its name is Tranquilo"

"El A/C perfecto, inmaculada la habitación, la atención del personal en el restaurante ha tenido un cambio muy positivo, ya no es regular como lo que era antes, ciertos platos tienen porciones muy pequeñas, y la pizza podría tener quesos con más sabor. Pero se ha mejorado muchísimo."

"Es un lugar para estar 100/100 en contacto con la naturaleza. La habitación muy bonita. Cuenta con refrigeradora. Puedes llevar las bebidas y observar el atardecer 🌅 desde el balcón. El Personal súper atento. Ricardo siempre anuente a la información directa vía telefónica lo que ayuda muchísimo a uno como huésped. y Diego atento a brindar buena atención. Detalle curioso, la ducha abierta pero igual con privacidad en el ambiente natural. Piscina muy limpia y jacuzzi Exelente. Definitivamente volveré. Detalle importante llevar repelente. Al ser un ambiente natural hay insectos, lo normal en dicho ambiente. "

"We had a bad experience with the hotel's social media support and management, but the hotel itself is very beautiful. The views are spectacular, and the staff's service is excellent—they're always available when you need something. I especially want to highlight the attention and the food from the cook, Lili. I truly believe the hotel would lose its essence without her. One thing to note: there are a lot of stairs, so you need to be in good shape to access the rooms."
