"It’s the only hotel that you can drink the water from the tap in your room. It has a very nice pool and Jacuzzi. They keep the Jacuzzi nice and hot. Also they will bring your drinks to your Jacuzzi or pool experience."

"This hotel is rude, they don't respond to your messages at all. I accidentally booked in Tijuana instead of Otay Mesa and they wouldn't help me at all. The Otay Mesa Hilton called them to see if they'd do a refund for me and nope, against their policy. Don't stay here and furthermore make sure you're not trying to book in US and it shows you this location which is inside Mexico! "

"I liked the property but some places need upgrades. I went Sunday to Tuesday and a restaurant was open just the weekends. The bar next to the swimming pool was closed. The jacuzzi was durty and not to hot. A lot of kids without adults supervising and no staff checking that. The hotel advertice an adult swimming pool but was not the case. I used the spa facilities and a sauna was closed, the steam room out of service, and the prices the same of USA. If 1/2 of the facilities will be not working, the spa supposse to give a courtesy discount."
