Very friendly staff. excellent breakfast,very clean and comfortable rooms. Hotel was close too beach,main reason I stayed and food places everywhere.

The property is convenient to restaurants and access to main highway. The front desk and housekeeping are helpful and professional.

Hotel & room was clean!! Staff were friendly & great!! Staff seemed to enjoy their jobs. This was the best hotel we stayed at during our 2 week roadtrip. After our mishap at the beach, we were low in spirits. We got back to the hotel late at 11pm & we were so surprised to see our room had been cleaned. I would like to add that Zee was and is always amazing. She makes sure that you are satisfied at every turn. She has assisted my family many times when we had to alter our plans, be it adding a night or departing early. Thanks Zee for greeting us every morning when we're heading out for the day. You make our mornings wonderful.

This was our first time staying at this hotel and we really enjoyed it!

I liked the Modern decor, hot water, big room. I like the firm bed.I wish there was thicker blanket.

Overall not bad. Weird mildew smell though. The room was nice, bed was comfortable, the lobby was well kept and clean. The staff was helpful. Perfect for what we needed for a night.

Our stay was absolutely Great!! my hubby and I had a problem with check-in due to their availability from a website that we booked the room on but the front desk manager named Gus took great care of us. He was so kind and considerate and we truly appreciated him. We were tired and ready to go in and just rest and Gus came through for my husband and I. If hubby and I are in Tampa again,, We will be staying at Wood Springs suites, because of the service that Gus provided to us when we were there...

The property was extremely clean and the managers were very kind and helpful.

The hotel was quite nice. The staff was very polite and the rooms were very well maintained. The breakfasts that were offered were above average for a hotel and they had a 24-hour drink station with fresh coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. I would not hesitate to stay again at this facility.

This was a nice break in our travels. We got to Florida earlier than expected and needed a place to crash. Thankfully this rental was available.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Brooksville. Very close to everything downtown and the sweetest couple owns it. The house and the rooms were beautiful and clean. We will definitely stay again.
