"Room was filthy. It was after midnight when I checked in after a long day of travel and flights otherwise I would’ve walked out and found something else. I did leave a day early. I couldn’t sleep there any longer. Problem 1: cleanliness —A bunch of blood on a pillow. It wasn’t fresh it was obviously washed but still a ton of blood that should’ve been trashed by staff. A bra hanging in closet. Parts of the vinyl floor throughout room was sticky. Problem 2: paper thin walls— I was constantly awaken by yelling in halls and people in room aside me head board banging. Problem 3: Bed comfort. I travel a lot and the bed may be worst I’ve slept in. I woke up with sore back and hips. Couldn’t get comfortable at all. The lobby and hallways were very dirty too. Lots of leaves and trash in walkway to breakfast area. Hallway carpets are horribly stained and dirty. The place probably could’ve used a remodel 8-10 years ago. Parking was good and well lit along west side. Staff was nice the property condition isn’t their fault. Breakfast very very very basic."

"Booked a room with a king size bed but none was available at checkin, even though the hotel was nearly empty. i was also required to surrender a credit card where a large charge was made to cover possible charges for services or amenities. My balance was to be refunded. This is the FIRST TIME I have been subjected to such a procedure and was not warned that this would be part of my reservation. These 2 matters resulted in my overall moderate rating for this stay."
