"Great location, very central everything in walking distance. Staff very were friendly. Our hotel room was spotlessly clean and we had everything we needed. Having secure car parking available was great."

"This hotel has a free guest laundry that's really efficient after a tour. There is a small kitchen if you happen too lazy to go out for dinner because of too cold outside.
Overall, i love staying here and will recommend to others. Thank you staff for the friendly service. "

"Would have liked to have tried the Bar - Open - but didn't realise it was closed Sundays and Mondays and we were busy Saturday. Lovely room with a view towards the Cathedral and the Spark Building. The room was spacious and had all that we needed.
My only concern is the 2 homeless people that slept outside the entrance to the Hotel all weekend. They didn't cause any bother that I saw but very off putting. The receptionist said the Police keep an eye on them but they never moved.
Thanks to the Hotel for giving us a late checkout on our last morning. Much appreciated."
