"Hotel Ibis estuvo muy bien, de lo mejor que hemos encontrado en Malasia. Muy espacioso, bien llevado y con personal excelente. El desayuno es muy bueno y la piscina es increíble, perfecta y de fábula para relajarse con el calor que hace. A mejorar: Faltaron toallas de manos en la habitación (algo común en varios hoteles de Malasia), se agradecería tenerlas separadas. Sin duda repetiría y lo recomiendo para alojarse cerca del aeropuerto."

"Overall a good hotel, probably give it 4 stars not 5. Reception could do with reading customer payment situation better, waiter in restaurant not knowing the dishes and looking confused when asked to check (this is a cust serv training issue). Another issue with 2 cleaning staff members not understanding basic English cleaning instructions. One saving grace was the excellent barman initial 'D' who really did the place justice."
