Always a pleasure to stay in this iconic hotel of Jakarta. Although this is not the newest hotel (not to call it the oldest), the quality of the amenities, the quality of the service, the location and the amicable and genuinely nice staff makes it my number one choice when staying in Jakarta.

The reception was warm and welcoming. The entire property was clean and felt safe. My room was spacious, clean and lots of light. Breakfast was delicious and staff was friendly.

Nice new hotel, centrally located, room was comfy, but a bit small. Food at the restaurant was great!

Wow, wow and wow. From a cheerful and fast check in through every wonderful breakfast to check out we continued to be impressed. They deserve their nearly perfect rating. After a hot and sticky day in Jakarta, coming back to the Holiday Inn was a cool and clean respite. My only complaint was that the air system did not seem to filter out the smoke from other rooms, which was intrusive at times despite the hotel acting immediately when I brought it to their attention.
