"The hotel is very old and overpriced for what it offers. The gym is very poor, with only two machines, and neither of them is working. Its different than the pictures."

"The room was not clean. There was a stain on the bedspread. Outside on the balcony, the armchair was torn and there was no cover for it, so I couldn’t sit on it. The chairs outside were also very dirty, and there was a terrible smell on the balcony. The table outside was broken. Inside, there was also a problem with the toilet—every time I used it and came out, water would be left all over the floor."

"The premises are cleaned by refugees from Africa. Families congregate all day in the Lobby because the WiFi signal is stronger there."
