10/10 Excellent
"What a lovely hotel.
Perfectly located.
Warm atmosphere.
Maria in front desk was particularly helpful, getting us into fully booked restaurants and helping with itinerary and inspiration-what a gem👌
Negative(minor) the en-suite toilet leaves nothing to the imagination, very echoey to the partner still in bed🤔😬
Lovely pool & sauna area."
"The location is perfect and such a charming area. The unit is clean and fresh. The only issue was that our code did not work at check in and we had to wait for 1/2 hour at the unit after a full day of travelling for the host to get back to us with the correct check in information. Otherwise everything was great."
"Great location, near a lot of restaurants, bus stop, shopping, sightseeing. The staff were so gracious, helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They really made my stay so comfortable and lovely. Other than some baseboard repairs/replacements… I have nothing to comment adversely about. The room was clean, the bed was super comfortable, the water pressure was excellent, and all my needs for this trip were met. I would stay here again."
"We had a beautiful, large room with windows overlooking the courtyard where the pool is (although the pool was not open for the season quite yet). Very quiet, comfortable and well-appointed. The bed was huge and so comfortable. The property is lovely. But most of all, I want to mention the friendly and gracious staff. They could not do enough to ensure we were happy with everything. I love that breakfast included the pouring of actual hot coffee rather than making it myself from a machine. I have a feeling the hotel caters to lots of Americans and British so we felt right at home. "
"Excellent location in Porto! Walking distance to every thing. Rooms are clean and pretty spacious for European standards. Hotel staff are friendly and go out of their way at to make sure you’re attended to. Nice hotel bar and Italian restaurant in the lobby area. Area outside the hotel can get loud. My room is we located in the back in the hotel. Blue zone. Which was nice and quieter. There’s a great local bar out front called Bar Aduela. It was packed every night! Worth checking out while you’re there. There’s also many great restaurants all within walking distance of the hotel. Lots of historic attractions nearby. Hotel breakfast was nice. I tried it once for €15. However, there are great pasty shops nearby and worth visiting. Overall, it’s great hotel! I would definitely stay here again."

6/10 Okay
"Great location but no private car or Uber access so luggage have to be carried to and from the hotel.
Lack of privacy since no door between bathroom and living room/bedroom. Just weird …"
