"Very warm and helpful staff. Beautiful and well maintained grounds. Spacious and comfortable room with a good shower."

"This is the most beautiful little spot, what a gem! I will return again when I can. It has beautiful and tranquil gardens and grounds. The hotel is quaint, rustic, quiet and small, only a handful of rooms, with personal English speaking staff and superior service. The on-site restaurant is 5 star with an exceptional atmosphere. I will be returning on my next trip to Urubamba."

"A decent, but not luxurious hotel. Well situated, and free continental breakfast was included. Somewhat noisy in the early evening due to proximity of the main square but quieted down at night."

"Lovely hotel with huge rooms."

"Nicole went above and beyond to help me with my reservation. She was absolutely polite and so very kind. The hotel is beautiful, with the option to feed Alpacas and sit by the bonfire were absolutely incredible. The views are also amazing! I really enjoyed my room as well, as it had a bathtub. Overall very comfortable."

"Staff was excellent. Property is beautiful and clean."

"Fantastic hotel, very clean, welcoming staff. We ate both nights of our stay in the hotel restaurant and food was excellent quality and plenty of choice, same with breakfast. Highlight was feeding the alpacas. Another great point was there is an atm in the hotel"
