"좋았습니다 전반적으로! 처음에 응대 했던 직원이 약간 어리숙하게 응대를 해서 기분이 좋지 않았지만 전반적으로 직원들은 친절했습니다. 다만 1가지 아쉬운 점은 뭔가 저희가 알아서 알고 있어야 호텔을 완벽하게 즐길 수 있다는 점은 아쉬움 으로 남습니다."

"I pre-paid when I booked, but was charged again when I checked in, despite showing my receipt for my initial payment. I disputed this at checked out, where after investigation and confirmation that I did pre-pay was found by staff, they assured me that a refund for the charge at check-in would be refunded. 2 weeks later, still no refund has been reflected. I checked in near midnight after a late flight into Miami. I only booked this hotel as it had laundry facilities available. However, the machines only take quarters, but the front desk could not provide any change to use them, nor did they sell any laundry detergent at the front desk (gift shop was closed by the time I checked in). I was told that the shop would open at 2pm, which would be after check out time, which wasn't helpful. When I chexked out at noon, I found the gift shop was in fact open, so the staff the night before was not even accurate with their own operating hours. I had to leave the property in the middle of the night to get change and detergent, which defeated the purpose of finding a property with facilities to utilize. In the hour between checking in and discovering that the hotel had nothing to help me utilize the laundry facilities, someone scraped the side of my car (parked near the entrance door). We asked the front desk to check the cameras to see what happened, they said we'd have to wait until the morning to ask the manager. The whole stay was frustrating & disappointing. Never again"

"Clean room, airport has some shops and restaurants though are a little more expensive. Wifi speeds are so so, staff is friendly, shower heads are oddly low but have good pressure."

"Average property in terms of condition and amenities. Breakfast was "to go", not worth counting it as continental breakfast if advertised as such. Bathroom could be cleaner: found hairs in the sink as well as on the sheets. Location is very convenient if you're planning on visiting the national parks. However, if you're going to Miami, you will be battling lots of traffic."
