It’s a great location, away from the crowds but with a great view of the lake and the town. Rooms were nice, quiet, and clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. There is a beautiful pool and Spa. Food was delicious.
Excellent hotel in a quiet lane off main road. It was refreshing to be greeted with a cold towel and rose water when we first arrived on an extremely hot day. The room is light and airy and clean. The AC and fan are excellent! Staff are very professional and helpful. The restaurant serves delicious food, spiced just right and has a great 360 degree view of the city and surrounding area. I could not be happier.
As i was disappointed with property, while waiting for check in heard few people complaining about room's. I was sent to different hotel going there was the same sean so I decided to make other arrangements and didn't stay at the place.
And went to Regenta hotel at circl chouk which was good choice.
Rooms were spotless. Staff was courteous. Amenities were as excellent. Owner (Caesar) met us and inquired about our travel. I will recommend this place to anyone traveling to Udaipur.
We had booked 4 rooms during our family vacation. Hotel management and staff are very friendly. They provided us beautiful rooms. Mr. Ibrahim went beyond my expectations to accommodate our requests. I am very thankful to him to make my family's vacation so awesome!

One aspect they need to work on is their bathrooms. While the rooms are 5 star, bathrooms are 3 according to me.
Very well maintained and managed property. Fully accommodating to guests. There are also other things to do on the property like horse riding and petting animals. Highly recommend to anyone who wishes to have a luxury private stay!

The heritage suite had amazing water views on 2 sides. The bay window facing the water was very zen. The bathroom was spacious, water pressure was excellent. Toiletries were generous.
The front office staff were extremely helpful and hospitable.
The rooftop restaurant- food, staff and views were excellent.
Breakfast was a good selection.
