An extremely long drive ended at the hotel's cobbled stone driveway at midnight, continuously guided politely by Jobin who also welcomed us with a happy smile.More than us,the sigh of relief was on his face. A beautiful wooden bridge led us to our space giving a feeling of an upscale, romantic atmosphere with beautiful white walls, identically vaulted ceilings and tastefully crafted Victorian interiors with French doors, windows that spilled to a wraparound deck. We enjoyed our stay at this resort. It’s a wonderful place with great staff and excellent customer service. I would like to mention Vijisha, Jibin, Anagha and Madhan who attended us and made our stay very enjoyable. They ensured everything was great and took care of every little detail. We would rate 10 / 10 in all aspects. We would definitely come back and highly recommended hotel if anyone coming to Thekkady!

In our villa there was no internet for the whole day.Even after we requested . Rest every thing was good ..! We enjoyed a lot

Outdoor pool location should have been better

1) Great location - away from city center 2) Only 6 rooms and the staff gave personalized service and attention 3) Hotel restaurant's food was excellent - again they were able to customize the food - our son is allergic to tree nuts and they took care of that very well 4) If you are looking for constant and high speed connectivity to internet, that could be problem

Our stay at Greenwoods was an absolute pleasure! From the beautiful property grounds, to the spacious rooms, to the great food, and most importantly the amazing staff, we loved every bit of it! Special mentions to the activities coordinator Abin and the outdoor sports coordinator Remo for making it even more special for my son and our family! Would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Thekkady area!

Our stay at Shalimar Spice Garden was the highlight of our time in South India--we only wish we had booked more than just two nights! The setting is idyllic, the staff is lovely, the food is delicious, and overall it is an island of beauty and serenity. We cannot recommend it highly enough!

This is a newly built camping style place. The rooms are nice for the outdoor location. Working ceiling fans, sliding glass doors. I spent some time with one of the owners who has great English and is a great guy. It’s really a great location to make as a home camp to take safari jeeps from, which the site can easily order for you. They also can arrange walking trips through the wild park with a park ranger. Great group of people running this place!!

All good but there was a confusion about breakfast. Hotel staff told me that breakfast was not included but when I booked it clearly says breakfast included. Someone the hotel.com communication with Grand hotel did not mention about free breakfast. This caused confusion and time. When sending communication to the hotel please mention about breakfast is included. This will help the process. Please clarify why this confusion.

We really enjoyed our stay at Reen resorts. The Resort truly feels like so relaxing.
