The resort is truly a hidden paradise surrounded by the beautiful nature of Sidemen, offering the perfect mix of luxury, tranquility, and authentic Balinese charm. The service was exceptional throughout our entire stay — warm, attentive, and always going above and beyond to make every moment special. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. Waking up to the peaceful views and relaxing atmosphere was unforgettable. The food was also outstanding, and every experience at the resort felt perfectly curated and thoughtful. What made our stay even more memorable was the peaceful and romantic ambiance of the property. It was the perfect place to relax, disconnect, and enjoy unforgettable moments together. "The resort is absolutely fantastic. The staff will do anything to ensure you have a good stay. The free activities are incredible. Make sure you try yoga with the incredibly skilled Wayan and the walks with the activities coordinator are well worth it to see parts of the area you would not have seen. I had a 2 hour massage and scrub experience with Riki which was absolutely incredible and so reasonably priced. I recommend the spa !The only problem at the moment is what staff call ‘the conservation project’ which is in fact heavy machinery on the beach moving rocks to build a rock wall. They work from 8am to 9:30pm at night. I don’t doubt it is essential work but I would stay there once it is finished (this year according to staff) or just make sure you select your room carefully. I had to change rooms and the staff were empathetic and responsive to my concerns. The trouble is the construction moved to underneath my balcony on my last morning making the balcony unusuable. Besides this I would highly recommend Candi Beach Resort. "

"1) They didn't have our name at the reception on arrival - took some time to find us 2) Our room had all the curtains closed on arrival and boiling hot... No aircon in the lounge (family room) 3) To get to the family rooms, you need the hotel car. They only have one hotel car, so sometimes you are waiting ages 4) They went to fill the car up with petrol at 9.30am on a Sunday at peak time, so no car was avabile 5) There is no manager working on a Sunday Family rooms 1) The floors are so slippy - we all fell over, adults and kids 2) They look much better in the photos Overal The main building is nice, including the pool but the above makes the place not a good stay "

"Room was a decent size, staff were really friendly and helpful, feeding the elephants from the front door of the room was such and amazing experience, having access to the park early was great all in all I don't have a single bad thing to say! Great experience"
